Project setting are used to administer the specific projects. You can edit user access and roles, email settings, policies and others. Project settings can be found in the top-right corner in the cog wheel button.
In this part, project supervisor can be changed. Project supervisor serves as main point of contact for important notifications and billing information. Moreover, project token and project secret are shown here, for tracking purposes
In the team part, you can invite new users to the project, and also assign administration roles.
Here you can change the visibility of attributes in the customer section. Moreover, even derived attributes can be put here to be shown.
In this part you can define policies for email and sms campaigns to restrict the number of emails a customer can receive. This will be applicable for emails sharing the same policy. This will ensure customers will not be spammed from multiple scenarios.
In this part you define categories of emails or sms from which customers can unsubscribe separately. This will also create a customer attribute unsubscribed_from, which is a list attribute.
In this part you define which languages project uses to create multilingual templates used in campaigns. Language name is human readable name displayed in the UI (English). Property value is value tracked in customer property language (en).
In this part, you can set how are emails from Exponea sent.
- Default email sender determines who will be chosen as a sender of the email that will be shown to the customers. It can be either current user, which means the one who creates the campaign or other predefined email address. This can always be changed in campaign.
- Email delivery determines the provider to send the emails. It is possible to have multiple ESP integrations within the project, and this settings determines the default integration to be set in the campaigns. It will always be possible to change the integration to be used in the respective email node or email campaign. It is also possible to create a new integration from here, clicking on the plus button.
- Email reply tracking – When enabled, this feature will periodically go through the specified inbox to see if there is a reply from a customer to an email sent. This will automatically generate campaign event with status “replied” and text part.
- UTM parameters – it is possible to set UTM source that will be used in links. UTM campaign will be scenario email node and UTM medium is always email.
In this part you can set up mobile and/or browser push notification IDs and keys
